Returns Process

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at info@batribike.com. If your return is accepted, our team will arrange a free pick-up.

Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn/unused and in the original packaging — and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you bought your bike from one of our retailers, returns must be submitted through the store where the purchase was made.
